What is a Counter Offer?
When a brand invites you to a job, you now have the option to submit a counter offer, meaning you can request a higher payment than the brand's initial offer. This gives you more flexibility and control over the value of your work.
How It Works
Receive an invitation: When a brand invites you to collaborate on a job, you'll see the payout amount they're offering.
Submit a counter offer (optional):
If you think the job is worth more, you can enter a higher amount as your counter offer.
You can also submit proof to back up your counter offer through additional content to showcase your skill or a pitch video!
Brand review:
The brand will review your request and choose to either:✅ Accept — You'll be paid the amount you requested.
❌ Reject — You can still choose to do the job at the brand's original price.
⚠️ Important: The maximum counter offer you can make is 5 times the original payout.
E.g. If a brand offers $100, your maximum counter offer is $500.
💡 Heads Up: To use the counter offer feature, you must be a Level 2 or Level 3 creator.
Level 1 creators are not eligible for counter offers.
📓 Scope: This article covers counter-offers on standard campaigns. Retainer jobs have their own counter-offer flow that works differently — for a walkthrough, see Brands: How to create a Retainer campaign. Live jobs do not support counter-offers.
