🍎 For iPhone (Safari or Chrome)
Go to Settings → Safari (or Chrome if you use it)
Tap Downloads → Choose “On My iPhone” or “iCloud Drive.”
Ensure “Block Pop-ups” = OFF.
When Safari asks for permission to download, tap “Allow.”
🤖 For Android (Google Chrome)
Open Chrome → ⋮ (menu) → Settings → Site Settings.
Tap Downloads or Automatic Downloads.

If prompted, go to:
